NJF Properties, LLC was established by Fowler in 2020. Closing on his first rental house in 2012 he became a “landlord” overnight and that began the journey of real estate investment- and figuring out “what do I do now?” The years following he continued to grow his personal portfolio of rental properties in Mountain Home. As the portfolio grew so did the needs to have detailed, intuitive, and complete internal systems of “property management”. Not only was the internal process and systems crucial- but also the networking within the community to build the best team possible to streamline management and ultimately save time and money! NJF Properties now offers complete portfolio management as well as project management for new builds, renovations, and even full “fix and flip” investment properties. Through networking and word of mouth, Fowler has continued to expand his management into commercial real estate, Home Owners Associations, Apartment Complexes, and new build rental housing developments. Through day-to-day oversight and hands on management of the NJF P portfolio, Nate brings excellent client communication, market knowledge, attention to detail, and the desire to bridge the gap between “landlords” and “tenants” and expand the quality of that relationship within Mountain Home.
